Purpose
To provide an opportunity to present a unique caricature, as a retirement gift
or for a special person or occasion.
Or, produce caricatures of your Club members for a poster, and help create
fund raising
opportunities and enhance the fun elements of the fellowship.

Production process for your Rotary Club Caricatures
Preparation:
·
Member(s)
to supply us with an appropriate photo, either by post or email.
(good representation of face details are essential).
·
If
practical, members can arrange to have their photos taken.
Caricatures
are normally individually themed to represent a salient feature of the
member, ie: by profession, or any other
activity that they would like to be associated with – eg: sporting, leisure
activity, hobby etc. Therefore, a short
description of the ‘theme/activity’ is preferred to enliven the caricature and
enhance any poster request.
Production options:
·
A
single 7”x 5” black & white caricature of each member will be initially
drawn.
(This will be scanned and
retained for any specific requests for original or print).
·
All
original caricatures will then be coloured, unless specifically requested not
to.
·
To
enhance the fellowship of the Club, the individual caricatures can be combined
into a single group poster (with membership names) personalised with your Club
logo or motto.
Artist’s costs:
(a proportion of the costs are donated to The Rotary Foundation)
Creation of
7”x 5” Black & white caricature @ £25 each
(£5 donated)
(applies
only if there is a specific request to create ONLY a black & white
caricature)
Creation of
7”x 5” full colour original caricature @ £35 each (£5
donated)
(includes
black & white scan for print requests)
All original caricatures will be hand drawn and
coloured, and presented in a cardboard photo sleeve with cover.
To create a
combined Club poster (that can be printed to any size) the cost is dependent on
membership number and additional features required. Therefore cost will be quoted according to
each individual Club’s details and requirements.
Prints of
caricatures and posters can be provided at the following rates:
7”x 5”
black & white print @ £1 each (20p donated)
7”x 5” full
colour print @ £5 each (£1 donated)
A4 Club
Poster @ £10 each (£2 donated)
A3 Club
Poster (for orders over 10 copies) @ £18 each. (£3 donated)
(Prices
include the presentation of prints in a clear protective sleeve)
